About Ken Sher
Ken Sher is an Executive Coach and Career Coach who brings over 30 years of experience working with leaders at all stages of their career and companies of all sizes. Ken’s coaching style is based on his 25-years at Johnson & Johnson in various leadership roles in sales, marketing, sales training, and leadership development. He has developed the TRUST Success Model® which, when applied to professional relationships, networking, and job searches, leads to transformational results.
While at J & J, Ken received numerous achievement and recognition awards. Ken also was the Director of Oncology Training & Development for Bristol-Myers Squibb and he served as Vice President of Coaching Services for the Velocity Advisory Group.
Ken’s passion is helping individuals and teams better themselves both professionally and personally. He is an in-demand Executive Coach and Keynote Speaker whose motivational and interactive approach helps leaders develop practical approaches to build cohesive and effective teams. Ken’s helps his clients succeed through the trust that he develops with them, which is based on non-judgmental, strictly confidential relationship-building that leads to breakthrough understanding of the issues and a personalized, practical action plan for improvement.
Ken holds a BA in English Literature and Business Communication from the State University of New York at Oneonta. He is a former member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD), Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network (LTEN), and the Five O’clock Club. Ken enjoys giving back to the community and serves as a mentor for two first-generation college students through the Philadelphia Futures non-profit which provides great educational opportunities for underserved youth.
